1. Commercial Engagement & Proposals
All hardware deliveries, media manufacturing orders (labels, ribbons), and software licensing provided by Zaintegrated Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. are subject to individual written Master Service Agreements (MSA) and formal statements of work.
2. Hardware Warranty & Supply Specifications
Barcode scanners, RFID readers, and thermal printers carry standard manufacturer warranties against defects. Customized slitted label rolls and ribbons are produced according to approved customer die measurements and technical specification sheets.
3. Software Licensing & Data Privacy
On-premise enterprise deployments remain under customer network perimeter control. Cloud-hosted instances adhere to strict role-based access control, periodic encrypted database backups, and confidentiality non-disclosure terms.
